My work focuses on helping clients enjoy more satisfying and meaningful lives and relationships. Issues in individual counseling can include life and/or career transitions, grief and loss, feelings of emptiness, stress management, relationship questions and transitions, among many others. Couples counseling issues can include communication difficulties, relationship crossroads, and parenting differences, among others.
