Career counseling, couples therapy, individual therapy and parenting education
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing career counseling, couples counseling, individual therapy for adults and teens and parenting education and counseling in San Francisco.
I’m particularly sensitive to the counseling needs of professionals at all levels, providing intelligent, insightful and solution-focused therapy with absolute discretion and confidentiality. I also offer session times that accommodate the long hours and irregular schedules of busy people.
My work focuses on helping clients enjoy more satisfying and meaningful lives and relationships. Issues in individual counseling can include life and/or career transitions, grief and loss, feelings of emptiness, stress management, relationship questions and transitions, among many others. Couples counseling issues can include communication difficulties, relationship crossroads, and parenting differences, among others.
